Maybelle

Maybelle was a very short term. She needed to stay with us for one day and one night... between the shelter and her transport to California.

We got a call asking if we could keep one dog at our house for just the one night, and that there were 3 or 4 that needed a place so we could come pick one.
We went to Doc's and walked to the back where there were a few dogs waiting.

Maybelle was the one that was jumping straight up and down in her kennel, practically begging us to take her home. How could we say no?

We brought her home, bathed her, gave her some good food and lots of attention.

The next morning she went to CA and was accepted at HWAC.

I haven't heard anything about her since, and hope that she has gone to a good loving home.
